Hygge

Having doled out, as the Danish name suggests, Scandinavian “cosiness” since 2022 in Tseung Kwan O, this comfortable cafe-restaurant has now opened a larger second location, in Tai Kok Tsui. Settled into its calming interiors, diners can expect Hygge’s signature crêpes and pizzas, as well as baked herring en papillote, pan-fried gnocchi in green sauce and even a Chiuchow abalone risotto. The coffee and dessert menus round out the warming experience for soul as much as stomach.

Tabià

Inspired by childhood summers spent with their nonna, brothers Roberto and Riccardo Trento bring the flavours of Italy’s Dolomites to Hong Kong with this new eatery located just off the upper reaches of the Mid-Levels escalator. The diner’s warm wooden interior and rustic decor conjure a charming alpine farmhouse, setting the scene for hearty pastas and polenta, all served up with a side of warm Italian hospitality.

Fenty Beauty Vintage Cinema

Marking the Rihanna-owned beauty brand’s debut pop-up in Hong Kong, Fenty Beauty Vintage Cinema blends the city’s iconic neon lights with nostalgic designs from the 1980s and 90s to create an immersive experience, celebrating the golden era of local cinema. Along with a line-up of the brand’s most coveted beauty items, guests can take home an adorably Hong Kong “Egg Waffle Make-up Sponge” as a gift with a purchase.
