Tucked in Tai Kwun’s historic former superintendent’s house, this fantastical cocktail lounge has been dazzling guests since 2018 with its ceiling of turquoise stained-glass lamps and creative concoctions. This month, the bar has unveiled a fresh menu inspired by the golden age of mixology, turning classic cocktails from the United States, Britain, Mexico and the Caribbean into modern gems. Highlights include Legacy, a zesty tequila, mescal and grapefruit blend, and the Muzo Emerald, an alcohol-free take on the Moscow Mule served in a bohemian, art nouveau-inspired dreamscape.
