One Harbour Road

Known as the canteen of Hong Kong’s upper crust, One Harbour Road dials up the indulgence in its latest culinary collaboration with Macau’s Long Tin, known for its preserved meats. With highlights including aged tangerine peel duck’s liver sausage paired with suckling pig and caviar, and bird’s nest preserved sausage with steamed rice rolls and abalone sauce, there’s plenty for fans of traditional flavours. If you like your cooking elevated but your flavours steeped in heritage, this is a menu worth lingering over.
