In an effort to boost Korean cuisine beyond its shores, South Korean food giant CJ CheilJedang’s Cuisine.K Project has teamed up with Wan Chai’s HANU for a pop-up restaurant where guests can savour contemporary interpretations of classic Korean fare such as dongchimi mulhoe, a cold seafood dish infused with a rich beurre blanc made from a non-spicy kimchi typically served during the winter months, or the more adventurous Mystery Chicken, inspired by the Korean classic ginseng chicken soup.

Lanson Place Causeway Bay has teamed up with Hong Kong Tramways to launch the Ding Ding Qipao Tour. This weekend experience invites participants to rent and don traditional qipaos as they board restored 1920s-style open-top trams, making the clickety trip from Sheung Wan to Causeway Bay. The tour concludes at Salon Lanson, where guests can sip a cocktail inspired by the classic 1960 Hong Kong film The World of Suzie Wong.
