About 20 school students from a Hong Kong charity took part in Christmas-themed workshops where they decorated pastries and cupcakes with whipped cream and biscuit powder.

The students, many of whom come from ethnic minority backgrounds, are from Kids4Kids, one of the beneficiaries of this year’s Operation Santa Claus (OSC).

They included secondary school students studying at Sir Ellis Kadoorie Secondary School and primary pupils from Aberdeen Kai-Fong Welfare Association Social Centre.

The first event took place at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West on December 11, marking Nina Hospitality’s eighth year of sponsoring OSC.
