Tutorial offers after-class help for three-year-olds
A tutorial centre for kindergarten pupils offered pen-writing classes to children from three years old, saying they would be trained to recognise and read 100 new Chinese characters a month. Boz Education also offered classes for children to sit past exam papers from elite kindergartens.
