Britney Spears’ youngest son, 19-year-old Jayden James, has just been announced as the new face of MAC Cosmetics.
This year, Jayden seems to be spending more time with his pop star mother. In a video Spears shared on Instagram in March, she took mirror selfies and did outfit checks with her son at her house. “[S]pending time with family and friends is such a blessing!!!” Spears captioned the post. Jayden was also joined by his older brother, Sean Preston, on a yacht day with their mother.

How was his relationship with Spears growing up?
According to Us Weekly, Spears and Federline had agreed to share equal custody in 2007 after their divorce was finalised. However, in January 2008, the dancer was given sole custody after Spears went through a “mental breakdown” and was put on a 5150 – an involuntary 72-hour psychiatric hold. The pop star was later allowed to see her kids a few times a week. The exes would go on to co-parent the boys.
