Nvidia Corporation’s Jensen Huang has amassed a massive personal fortune as the co-founder and CEO of the graphics-chip-making company.

He has an estimated net worth of US$187.3 billion, according to Forbes – but no heir apparent.
The 63-year-old, who has led Nvidia for over three decades, has held off on naming a successor to take the reins of his US$5.25 trillion business – a move raising eyebrows among Silicon Valley investors.
Though Huang has not outlined a succession plan, his eldest daughter Madison Huang, who serves as a senior executive at Nvidia, has been making more public appearances with her father. Most recently, she was seen at the 2026 World Robot Conference in Beijing on August 19.

The father-daughter appearances have raised speculation that Huang may be preparing his daughter to take over the company. Here’s everything you need to know about the Nvidia CEO’s daughter, Madison Huang.
What did Madison Huang study?

Before joining her father’s company, Madison was en route to working in hospitality as a chef, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Madison graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts in 2012. She then moved to Paris to earn her diplôme de pâtisserie (pastry diploma) from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013. She also studied wine management and hospitality at the famous culinary school’s London branch from 2014 to 2015.
When did Madison Huang join Nvidia?

Madison worked as a marketing and development manager at LVMH in Paris for four years before enrolling in an executive short course on artificial intelligence at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2019.
In 2020, she joined Nvidia as a marketing intern and quickly moved up the ranks. Currently, she holds the position of senior director of product marketing.
Madison’s brother, Spencer Huang, also works for Nvidia. Like Madison, Spencer worked in the food and beverage industry – running an award-winning cocktail bar in Taiwan – before joining Nvidia in 2022.
Who is Madison Huang’s mother?

Jensen Huang is married to Lori Huang, with whom he has two children, Madison and Spencer.
The entrepreneur, dubbed the “Steve Jobs of AI”, met his wife at Oregon State University, where they both studied engineering and partnered for lab work.
“I was the youngest kid in school, in class. There were 250 students and three girls,” he said in an interview at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. “I walked up to her and I said, ‘Do you want to see my homework?’” He added: “If you do homework with me every Sunday, I promise you, you will get straight As.”
The pair married around five years after they met, according to Huang’s biography on the OSU College of Engineering website.
Lori and Madison are behind Huang’s signature black leather jacket look, the Nvidia co-founder told HP’s online show, The Moment, adding he was “happy” to be dressed by his wife and daughter.
