“All of a sudden, we do that last shot, and then we hear, ‘That’s a wrap on the show,’” Jonathan Daviss, who plays Pope Heyward, told People. “And I’m looking around at everybody, and it really starts to set in that this is the last time we’re going to be doing this show forever. It’s a wash of emotions.”

Jonathan Pierce Daviss was born on February 28, 2000, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was raised in Conroe, Texas, where he attended Conroe High School.
In his secondary school years, Daviss was actively engaged in various extracurricular activities. “I wanted to figure out how to do [acting] at a young age,” Daviss told tmrw Magazine. “But then I played [American] football. And then once you get to varsity football, that kind of cuts into theatre time. And then I was doing debate at the same time, too. And I was doing prose and poetry competitions. I was doing a lot in high school at the same time.”
