He was arrested for aggravated assault
Last August, Hogue was taken into custody after a man accused the model of getting into a physical altercation with him at a Tennessee dog park. According to Hogue, he was defending his dog after he saw a stranger punch it with a closed fist. The man, however, denied hitting the dog, saying he was only trying to get his own pup out of the dog fight. The case is still ongoing, and Hogue is scheduled for his next court appearance on August 20 in Nashville.
