Congratulations are in order to Madison Beer, who recently announced her engagement to Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert on Instagram.

The pop singer, known for tracks like “Reckless” and “Make You Mine”, shared snaps of the proposal on her social media on July 29, writing “meet my fiancé” in the caption.

Here’s everything you need to know about Madison Beer’s fiancé, Justin Herbert.
He is an NFL star

Born in March 1998 in Oregon, Justin Herbert is a professional football player signed to the Los Angeles Chargers.
The quarterback was a college athlete who attended the University of Oregon, where he played for the Oregon Ducks.
Herbert graduated from college with a 4.01 GPA, according to his bio on the National Football Foundation website. Aside from excelling in school, his performance on the gridiron led him to become the first Oregon player to be awarded the Pac-12 Football Scholar-Athlete of the Year accolade in 2019.
Herbert was picked sixth overall by the Los Angeles Chargers in the 2020 NFL draft.
His relationship with Madison Beer

Herbert was first rumoured to be dating the two-time Grammy nominee in August 2025, when he was spotted on the set of her new music video.
In October 2025, they stepped out together, sitting courtside at a Los Angeles Lakers game. Since then they have been spotted together in public several times.
For Herbert’s 28th birthday in March earlier this year, Beer took to her Instagram Stories to celebrate her beau, writing, “Happy birthday baby boy, I am so lucky to be yours. You are my dream come true.”
Herbert reportedly proposed to Beer with a 10- to 15-carat ring estimated to cost up to US$1.2 million, per Page Six.
Before dating Herbert, Beer had been linked with Brooklyn Beckham, Zack Bia and, most recently, Nick Austin.
