Harper Grace Burtka-Harris attended the premiere with her dad Burtka, shares a love of scary movies with her other dad Harris, and has a twin brother named Gideon

The theme at the New York premiere of Jon M. Chu’s Wicked: For Good was Emerald City Elegance, and the who’s who of Hollywood showed up in style while honouring the dress code. The main cast, including Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo and Jonathan Bailey, all turned heads – but a much younger starlet ultimately stole the spotlight.

Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka’s 15-year-old daughter, Harper Grace Burtka-Harris, stunned in a sea green sequinned dress alongside her father, Burtka, who opted for a glossy coat. Sharing snaps from the father-daughter outing on Instagram, the Broadway star wrote of his “gorgeous date”, saying, “I am so proud of her, she is a dynamic kid.”

She has a twin brother

Harper and her fraternal twin brother, Gideon Scott Burtka-Harris, were born via surrogate on October 12, 2010. They seemingly have contrasting personalities. In an interview with People magazine shortly after the two were born, Burtka revealed, “Harper has been fussy, but Gideon is the easiest baby in the world.”

The Drag Me to Dinner judge also shared on The Wendy Williams Show that Harper has his extroverted nature. “She’s like, ‘Hey everybody, I’m here!’” He went on to describe Gideon as “a little more heady and intellectual”.
