She just made her modelling debut with her mum in a Larkspur & Hawk jewellery campaign – but did you know she was in Alice in Wonderland too?

Helena Bonham Carter and Tim Burton’s 17-year-old daughter, Nell Burton, just made her modelling debut in a campaign celebrating the 25th anniversary of the high-end jewellery brand, Larkspur & Hawk, alongside her mother.

The mother and daughter posed with jewels worth over US$18,500 from the brands’ Palette collection. Nell also wears the dazzling Sadie Large Rivière necklace from the brand in the shoot. This piece was originally gifted to Bonham Carter by her mother, Elena Propper de Callejón, for her birthday, and Bonham Carter eventually hopes to pass it down to Nell, as per Tatler.

Nell Burton’s parents split in 2014

The Harry Potter actress welcomed Nell with her ex-partner, Tim Burton, in 2007. Nell’s older brother, Billy, was born in 2003. Burton and Bonham Carter met in 2000 while on the set of Planet of the Apes and made their red carpet debut a year later, as per People magazine. They split 13 years later in 2014.

Bonham Carter and Burton were granted joint custody following their “amicable” split in 2014. “The kids are fine, they get to have a dual life. At first it’s a horrible thing to get used to, not having your children around [when you share custody],” the Alice in Wonderland actress said in a 2020 interview with The Guardian about their family situation.

Her name is an homage to the Helens of the family
