Meet Faye Peraya Malisorn, Thai beauty queen turned ‘girls’ love’ star

The actress shot to stardom with miniseries Blank, which depicts a lesbian age-gap relationship – and is queer in real life, too
Former beauty queen Peraya Malisorn, better known as Faye or by her stage name Faye Peraya, and sometimes credited as Supaporn Malisorn, quickly rose to prominence in Thailand after her leading role in the hugely successful 2024 miniseries, Blank. The show follows two women who navigate a romantic relationship with a 16-year age gap.

Here’s everything to know about Faye Peraya.
She’s a beauty queen turned actress

Faye, 30, is a former beauty pageant winner who was crowned Miss Grand Thailand in 2016. She went on to represent Thailand at Miss Grand International 2016, which was held in the United States, and placed second runner-up.
“[Leaving home to compete] was the hardest decision I ever made,” Faye told Grazia Singapore. “I had to prove to myself that I could do it.”
When she returned to Thailand in 2017, she pivoted to acting and made her debut in the romantic drama series, Mussaya. Since then the actress has made appearances in several shows, including Song Naree (2019) and Hak Lai, My Lady (2023). Her breakthrough role was in Blank, where she plays Nueng, the older female lead who falls in love with a girl around 20 years old.
