Hong Kong staycation

  • Sheraton’s family ‘farmcation’ package offers a new way to experience the outdoors – through a workshop at an organic fruit and vegetable farm in Mui Wo
  • Rosewood Hong Kong’s ‘staycation for good’ programme kicked off with a stay focusing on environmental impact, with an NGO partnership to follow

The hotel staycation is something we have become all too familiar with, but now there’s a new version of the pandemic-related holiday trend in Hong Kong – the “farmcation”. The city may not have any hotels set in a working farm, but there is an increasing number of packages that include visits to farms or nature based excursions.
