The two-Michelin-star restaurant at Wynn Macau, is offering diners a series of seasonal Northern Chinese dishes to celebrate the Lunar New Year from February 5 to 11.
Created by acclaimed chef Liu Guozhu, highlights among the Tan cuisine-style dishes include sliced red grouper and live abalone served in hot fish soup and pan-fried scallop and king prawns with broccoli.

From February 4 to 11, Jade Dragon, the three-Michelin-star restaurant at City of Dreams, Macau, will be serving lucky dim sum Lunar New Year dishes as well as a special Lunar New Year set menu.
Chef Kelvin Au Yeung Man-yin has created some exquisite new year-themed dim sum, including steamed wood fungus pine nut and vegetable crystal dumpling, and deep-fried sea urchin and seafood in fresh milk custard.
