If you have to quarantine, you want to do it in the same style as the daughter of Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, one of Vietnam’s wealthiest billionaires

Vietnamese socialite Tien Nguyen last hit the headlines when she flew back from the UK to seek Covid-19 treatment on a US$360,000 private charter flight.

Fortunately for her, when she came to lock herself away during her self-quarantine after recovering from Covid-19, she had access to a luxurious family property. The exclusive beachfront villa is just a few minutes away from the ocean and in a prosperous neighbourhood, a prime location in Vung Tau city in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

It comes equipped with a swanky swimming pool and killer views and is certainly a stylish place to quarantine. The selling price for a villa like this in Vung Tau can reach several hundreds of thousands of dollars.

It is no surprise then that her father Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, the chairman of Imex Pan Pacific Group, who brought the world’s most luxurious brands including Rolex, Cartier and Versace, to Vietnam, also possesses some of the other most wanted properties in the country. Here are some of the Nguyen family’s wildly extravagant homes:

Nguyen’s most famous property is probably his spacious estate in Thao Dien Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. Located at a super pricey area where there are dozens of other magnificent villas, flats and houses, Nguyen’s elegant royal French mansion still stands out, covering an area of more than 500 square metres and enjoying a tranquil and romantic view of Sai Gon River.

The mansion drew extensive public and media attention after it was used as one of the lavish venues for the grand wedding of much loved actress Tang Thanh Ha and Louis Nguyen – Johnathan Hanh Nguyen’s second son – in 2012.
