Dubai is often called one of the world’s most happening cities, evidenced by the millions of tourists it attracts every year. As such, this boggling city is always generating hype and headlines.
This time, the latest buzz is zooming in on the emirate’s super-rich kids, whose lavish lifestyles are capturing admiring and envious eyeballs. The most famous of them might be Rashed Saif Belhasa – the son of extremely high-profile Emirati billionaire entrepreneur Saif Ahmed Belhasa – who has clocked 1.6 million Instagram followers for his aptly named moniker, Money Kicks.

When most kids turn 18, they get involved with things that are considered normal at that age. But Rashed Belhasa is a completely different boy with an entrepreneurial mindset. Like his father, he also wants to make his own mark. He owns a popular home-grown streetwear clothing line called Kings Ambition alongside designer Ross Mackay. He also has an online store named Money Kicks that sells bags, shirts and various other things.

Belhasa’s house is allegedly one of the most expensive in Dubai. It is also home to a big farm of exotic animals including Bengal tigers, white tigers, lions, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, panthers and chimpanzees. This is where his famous friends and favourite celebrities come to have a good time.
According to reports, there are 500 exotic animals roaming the farm – many named after A-list celebrities, including a monkey named Paris Hilton.

Belhasa has thousands of shoes in his “sneaker wardrobe”, which is essentially a large room with specialist cabinets to keep them all ordered and in good condition. He probably wears a new pair every day.
Oh, and did we mention the collection is said to be worth more than US$1 million? When famous sports personalities visit Dubai, viewing this world-famous collection is often on their must-do list. Eventually, he would like to put his shoes on public display in a posh shop so the rest of us can get a look.

Belhasa made waves last year by hitting the road with his Ferrari F12 Berlinetta wrapped in a red Supreme x Louis Vuitton print, and hasn’t shied from driving like a star since. He also has a Cadillac Escalade covered in a ferocious white and black print. Then, it’s his Lamborghini Aventador – complete with colourful graphics painted across the body which make it the Italian carmaker’s most costly model – followed by a shiny Rolls-Royce Wraith.
