Raffles’ The Butler Did It campaign arrives in London, starring Crazy Rich Asians’ Henry Golding

Tim Easton reprises his role as Raffles’ ‘most charming insider’ following the hotel campaign’s first chapter staged at the Singapore flagship

Shot within the historic walls of the Old War Office, once home to Sir Winston Churchill, the campaign highlights Raffles’ renowned service of 130 years, with offerings ranging from private afternoon tea in The Drawing Room, to personalised bedtime stories and even a royal wake-up call from the King’s Piper.
“At Raffles Hotels & Resorts, our butlers are more than a hallmark of service and hospitality – they epitomise our brand’s spirit, representing over a century of quiet artistry, graceful anticipation, and moments of emotionally intuitive care that are as individual as our guests,” said Omer Acar, CEO, Raffles & Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

The London chapter of the campaign unfolds with quintessential British charm and a touch of intrigue – fitting for the Old War Office once frequented by some of England’s most famous spies.
Alongside the campaign, Raffles has introduced The Butler Did It experiences – curated packages crafted by Raffles butlers to showcase the cultural richness of each hotel destination, including recent openings in Jaipur, India, and Sentosa, Singapore.
