Thassos, Greece

Greece is definitely God’s own country, as it has the most beautiful beaches and landscapes. Additionally, Greece and its 1,000 islands have the best and safest beaches in the world. In this case – and we totally mean it – we really cannot choose just one, but for the sake of our readers, if we are forced to pick, we would have to choose Thassos (which is part of the North Aegean Sea) because of its cool coves and the bluest of waters.
Praia da Rocha Baixinha, Portugal

Portugal has a strong reputation as a surfing paradise thanks to its giant waves. However, this country has some of the most stunning beaches, too. Beach lovers adore Praia da Rocha Baixinha (Portuguese Low Rock Beach) or Praia dos Tomates (Tomatoes Beach) in the Algarve area. Water here is clear, the beachline is widespread enough to offer ample space, privacy and less-crowded spots, and there’s a lively nightlife with clubs and pubs to make your evenings more exciting.
Kaputaş, Turkey

The Foundation for Environmental Education (which awards blue flags) noticed Turkey’s incredibly gorgeous beaches and has placed Kaputaş in its rankings. The azure waters and white sands are strikingly beautiful, offering the much-needed relaxed vibes for that calming day at the beach.

Palombaggia, France

They say France is only good for a romantic Parisian getaway, but not any more. If you thought its capital was the only place in the country worth a visit, have a look at its gorgeous beaches, as they are among the top three blue-flagged beaches of the world. Choose Corsica as your base for its heavenly beaches; some are little wild, while some offer low-key shorelines. Our recommendation is Palombaggia, with its crystal-white and fine sand and clear turquoise waters.
