Holmes is close to her family and says she has always looked up to her 3 older sisters: the trio went to New York to support the actress during her latest Broadway show Our Town

Hollywood actress Katie Holmes garnered rave reviews for her most recent appearance on Broadway. The star played Mrs Webb in director Kenny Leon’s production of Thornton Wilder’s play Our Town, which ended its run in late January. Also starring in the play were The Big Bang Theory’s Jim Parsons and Something from Tiffany’s Zoey Deutch.

Supporting Holmes on two consecutive nights during the run were her parents, Martin and Kathleen Holmes, and her sisters Nancy, Holly and Tamera. Katie, who is the youngest of the clan, thanked her family for their attendance, sharing a rare photo of all of them together on Instagram. Holmes also has an elder brother, Martin Jr, but he was not present for the photo.
