Who is Brianna Stern, alleged human trafficker Andrew Tate’s ex-girlfriend? A Playboy and FHM model, she’s filed a civil suit claiming he assaulted and threatened her

Speaking through a lawyer, Tate – who is facing human-trafficking and rape charges in Romania – denied Stern’s allegations and claimed that text message evidence she provided was fabricated using AI
TMZ reports that the model told police that Tate, a self-described misogynist, started choking her during intercourse and didn’t stop despite her begging him to. The outlet went on to say that the more Stern struggled, the more violent Tate became, and he didn’t stop until he was “done having sex”.

Afterwards, Stern, 24, went to the emergency room, where she was diagnosed as “post-concussive”.
In an Instagram post made on March 28, Stern went into further detail about her relationship with Tate, 38, who along with his brother, faces charges in Romania including human trafficking and sexual intercourse with a minor.
In the lengthy post, Stern shared how Tate has threatened to rape and kill her.
“The last time I saw Andrew was on March 11, 2025, at the Beverly Hills Hotel,” she wrote. “The last words he said to me before I left the hotel were: ‘Shut the f*** up, b***h. You will never backtalk me. You are my property.’”
Stern further discusses the sexual assault incident in her lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, alleging that Tate – a former kickboxer – used one hand to choke Stern and the other to beat her during sex.

“While doing so, Tate told her repeatedly that if she ever crossed him, he was going to kill her,” the complaint said. “Plaintiff did the best she could to protect herself as she sobbed and pleaded until Tate climaxed, and stopped beating and choking her.”
Stern also included as evidence screenshots of a text exchange between herself and Tate following the incident, in which Tate allegedly wrote, “If you ever betray me, you will regret it.”
