Comedian Druski and NFL player Odell Beckham Jr have been named as defendants in a sexual assault lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, as reported by Variety.

The alleged incident took place in 2018, with claims of the victim being drugged, kidnapped and assaulted by multiple individuals, writes Variety. Both Druski and Beckham have denied any involvement.
The plaintiff, Ashley Parham, originally sued Combs, his business associates and numerous unnamed defendants, notes People. The amended lawsuit now specifically identifies Beckham and Druski.

The lawsuit adds that Parham had gone to the Costa Contra Sheriff’s Office to report the alleged assault. A spokesperson told People that they had taken a report on March 23, 2018, but noted that the “claims were unfounded”.

On March 10, Druski, real name Drew Desbordes, took to X to deny the allegations. “This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke living with my mum without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,” he wrote. “My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to pedal false narratives.”
Beckham commented on the post, stating: “Boy I’ll tell [you] what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I [know] who am I, I [know] who [you] are, keep [your] head. That name will be cleared. S***[’]s stupid.”

What is Druski’s background?

Druski, 30, grew up in Gwinnett County in Georgia, according to GQ.

His father, a pilot, attended Howard University, then enrolled in the United States Air Force Academy, while his mother, who has a Master of Science in Public Health, previously worked at the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, the same publication stated.

He went on to study at Georgia Gwinnett College before transferring to Georgia Southern University in Statesboro. “I literally sat in my room so many days,” he told GQ. “Couldn’t even pay my rent; my mum was paying my rent. And I was in the middle of nowhere, four hours away [from home].”
He is a comedian, actor and influencer

Druski wears many hats.

He started rising to fame after gaining collabs with famous athletes and rappers thanks to his popular Everyman sketches, notes The New York Times. At one point, Drake asked him to make a cameo in his “Laugh Now Cry Later” video, after becoming a fan himself from watching Druski’s bit involving one of his characters, Kyle Rogger, per GQ.
Beckham – who was named in the aforementioned lawsuit – even asked Druski to live with him during his off season in Los Angeles. “Druski brings the best energy wherever he goes and always has everyone in the room laughing,” Beckham told GQ.
He has collaborated with many big-name artists

Druski has hung out or collaborated with a wide range of artists including Jack Harlow, Drake and Lil Yachty.

He’s also joined forces with singer Chris Brown, who has faced a mountain of allegations and legal issues throughout his career including the horrific 2009 domestic violence incident against then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Since Druski made headlines for the allegations being put forward against him, netizens have been scouring the internet to see if there has been any link between the two – though that in itself is no indication of guilt.
One clip – which has, perhaps, not aged well – is titled “What Happens When Druski Gets Too Comfortable at Diddy’s House?” It appears to be associated with Diddy’s Deléon Tequila brand (Combs has since sold his share, per The New York Times) and was posted on Combs’ Revolt TV YouTube channel.

During an appearance on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, Druski admitted that he has been “in attendance” at Diddy’s parties, before quickly clarifying to the hosts that he “wasn’t at one of them parties” and laughing nervously. “The party I went to … was … regular, you know what I mean, with other celebrities and s***,” he adds.
