He is the president of the company, which is based in the town of Tyler in Texas. Herd also owns the high-end, Tyler-based farm-to-table establishment, The Grove Kitchen & Gardens.
How did he meet Whitney Wolfe Herd?

Herd and Wolfe Herd met in 2013 through a mutual friend while holidaying in Aspen, Colorado, with their respective families, per Vogue. She taught him how to ski and sparks flew.
