Brewster said they had drifted apart and were better off separated, per The Retaility, but she was ready to give love another chance and connected with investment firm boss Mason Morfit. They spent the pandemic together and a year after separating from Form, she was engaged to Morfit.
Morfit, 49, is the co-CEO of ValueAct Capital, an investment firm based in San Francisco. He recently made headlines after ValueAct increased its stake in software company Salesforce to 3.9 million shares, worth US$1 billion. Mason Morfit represented Microsoft
In 2020 Morfit became CEO of ValueAct Capital, the company at which he began working when he was 25. ValueAct Capital is an investment firm with assets of more than US$10 billion under management, as his biography states.
According to the Financial Times, Morfit quickly earned a name for himself as a “shareholder that companies which are going through change want to have on their share register”.
Morfit also served on Microsoft’s board of directors from 2014 to 2017.
