The Philadelphia Eagles star revealed the news in an interview with People magazine ahead of Sunday’s Super Bowl. “I can’t be the athlete I am and have the success I have in my career without the help of her,” the Philadelphia Eagles athlete, 27, told the outlet. “She’s been super helpful and always has my back, not only in football but throughout life, there’s a lot that goes on. But as we continue to grow and mature and go through life together, we continue getting closer and continue to get even better.”

The duo has been together for years.

What is Anna Congdon’s background?

Congdon, 26, hails from Forest City in Pennsylvania.

She graduated from Forest City Regional High School then went on to enrol at Pennsylvania State University.
How did Anna Congdon meet Saquon Barkley?

Congdon met Barkley at Penn State – before he became famous.

In 2016, Congdon shared a sweet photo of the pair together on her Instagram. “He’s alright on the field but you should see him on the dance floor,” she joked.

By 2017, Barkley’s followers could be in no doubt he was in a relationship with Congdon when she tagged him in a kissing photo and wished him a happy 20th birthday.
How many children do Anna Congdon and Saquon Barkley have?

The couple are proud parents to two children: Jada and Saquon Jr.

Their first child, Jada Clare, was born on April 24, 2018; while Saquon Jr. joined the family in September 2022, per Today.
“I’m going to make sure she never has any worries in life, but I’m also going to show her that you have to work for everything,” Barkley told NJ.com of Jada. “I want to be the best role model and father I can be in her life.”
He shares the same sentiment for his youngest child, Saquon Jr. “He lights up the room. Amazing smile. Jada is being an amazing big sister. Anna, obviously, an amazing mum. We’ve got a beautiful little family,” Barkley shared with the Giants website in 2022.
