Orthopaedic surgeon Dr Neal ElAttrache is one of the most celebrated in his practice thanks to his star-studded clientele. He is chairman of the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Foundation and has won scores of awards and honours – Los Angeles Magazine has called him a “super doctor”.

ElAttrache is the go-to doctor for many sports teams. Newsweek reports that he is the orthopaedic consultant for Californian outfits the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks. Per the Bleacher Report, ElAttrache started gaining attention after his work with Tom Brady and Kobe Bryant, his name quickly circulating among athletes for his surgical skills. He is also the team doctor for the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Dodgers.
In an interview with the LA Times, ElAttrache said his job allows him to gain a positive outlook on life. “You could help a guy run again or walk again or throw again. You mostly saw them get better and do their sport again.”
