Lena Dunham may currently be writing a film about Sam Bankman-Fried, but first fans will get to see a new semi-autobiographical show based on her and her husband’s whirlwind romance
It seems Lena Dunham has a whole host of projects to get excited about these days.
But before that hits our screens, Girls fans will be pleased to hear that Dunham and her husband Luis Felber have worked on a semi-autobiographical comedy show together called Too Much. Due to be released on Netflix this year, the series is about an American woman who moves to London and falls for a musician, according to The New Yorker.
The cute couple celebrated their three year anniversary this September, and Dunham, 38, gushed about her partner in an Instagram post to mark the occasion.
“I’m so happy that we survived all this … to become this,” she captioned her post, which features a collage of them in their younger years and recently. “Happy third wedding anniversary to this indie sleaze icon, the only straight man I could ever share a house with, my collaborator, caretaker, lover and pal. It’s us or bust.”
She added, “P.S. This is your sign to marry your one night stand (but only if they’re up for it).”
Celebs like Rita Wilson and Poppy Delevingne expressed their congratulatory messages in the comments section of the post.
