If you’ve been keeping up with the Paris Olympics, then you’ve probably come across Snoop Dogg at some point. The rapper seems to be everywhere, and has been showing his support for Team USA as NBC’s special correspondent for the event.
Not only did the “Drop It Like It’s Hot” musician carry the Olympic torch before the opening ceremony, but he was also seen getting a swimming lesson from Michael Phelps and taking the train with the US men’s basketball team, as shared by NBC.

“Man, this is a grind out here,” he told NBC. “But I’m having so much fun. I may be the MVP of the Olympics, just saying”.
While the rap legend needs no introduction, less is known about his long-time wife, Shante Broadus – who he just celebrated his 27th anniversary with in June.
Here’s what we know about Snoop Dogg’s wife – aka the “boss lady”:
Shante Broadus runs an entertainment company
Broadus works in music from behind the scenes. According to People, she founded Boss Lady Entertainment in 2003, a music management company that also has film and TV production arms.
Per the LA Times, BLE also manages an event space called Compound, which houses recording and dance studios that have been used by musicians including Wiz Khalifa, Cardi B and Kendrick Lamar.
Broadus also officially became her husband’s manager in June 2021 to help him with his multiple business ventures and partnership deals, per PRNewswire.
