Star Wars fans are rejoicing after the news broke last week that The Acolyte, a series that’s a part of the legendary sci-fi franchise, will be released this year.
Although the exact date has yet to be confirmed, reports state that the series will be released in June on Disney+. The Acolyte is set at the end of the High Republic era before the main Star Wars films, and will star Lee Jung-jae (remember him from Squid Game?), Joonas Suotamo, Jodie Turner-Smith and Amandla Stenberg.
