The former governor of California, 76, and his 49-year-old physiotherapist partner first sparked dating rumours over 10 years ago when they were seen hanging out on multiple dates around Santa Monica, according to People. Although they rarely attend public events together, they regularly show up together for Oktoberfest, and Milligan occasionally shares snippets of their relationship on her Instagram.
