Where is Modern Family’s Lily, aka Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, now? The award-winning child star is in a band, has a YouTube channel with mum – and still hangs with Sofía Vergara and Jesse Tyler Ferguson

- Since Modern Family wrapped, its youngest star Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, better known as Lily Tucker Pritchett, is all grown up – and the 16-year-old is living her best life
- The award-winning actress raises awareness of immigrant causes alongside Wednesday’s Jenna Ortega, plays guitar in a rock band called October, and still hangs with on-screen dad Jesse Tyler Ferguson
For many, Aubrey Anderson-Emmons will always be Cam and Mitchell’s cute, adopted Vietnamese daughter on Modern Family.

Joining the show when she was just four years old, she was the youngest person ever to win a Screen Actors Guild award as part of the ensemble cast for her performance as Lily Tucker Pritchett. But in real life, she is the daughter of Korean-born Amy Anderson – herself a TV actress who’s starred in shows such as Lucifer – and businessman Kent Emmons.
Today, the talented young actress is 16 years old, and if her Instagram is anything to go by, she’s been living life to the max since the last episode of Modern Family wrapped in early 2020.
So what has Anderson-Emmons been up to – and has she kept in touch with her on-screen dads?
Aubrey Anderson-Emmons is all grown up

Fans of the sitcom watched Cam and Mitchell’s daughter grow up on the show, going from a sweet toddler in season three, to a sassy tween capable of delivering one killer line after another. She was born in 2007.

However, when fans followed her TikTok channel in 2021, they were shocked to see how adult she suddenly looked. “I refuse to believe that Lily from Modern Family is this old now,” wrote one user on her page. “I was about to say you look like Lily from Modern Family … Then I realised,” wrote another, adding a “dead” emoji.
She still hangs out with the cast
