- Don Jr. and Eric Trump may have gotten engagement rings for free for ex Vanessa and wife Lara, while Donald Sr. reportedly got 50 per cent off his bling for Melania
- Tiffany’s billionaire heir fiancé Michael Boulos collected her ring from Dubai before proposing at the White House, while Kimberly Guilfoyle’s rock from Don Jr. is eye-catching indeed
Donald Trump’s first wife Ivana didn’t get a super expensive sparkler when she got engaged to the property mogul, because their prenup allowed her to keep any jewellery from the marriage, and he didn’t want to give her leverage over him by furnishing her with anything too valuable, according to Newsweek.
It seems Donald changed his tune as the decades passed however – his third wife, Melania Trump, ended up with the most expensive rock in the family.

Here are six engagement rings in the Trump family that turned plenty of heads.
1. Melania Trump’s show-stopping bling
When Melania got engaged to Donald in 2004, he offered her a 15-carat diamond ring he is believed to have paid US$1.5 million for after securing a 50 per cent discount from Graff – though not everyone believed it. “Only a fool would say, ‘No thank you, I want to pay a million dollars more for a diamond,’” The New York Times reported Donald as saying. The brand later stated that they do not sell items for publicity value.
For the couple’s 10-year anniversary, Donald gifted Melania a second engagement ring from Graff, this time weighing 25 carats and worth US$3 million (presuming he paid the full amount this time).
