Crash Landing on You: which Korean dramas will Hyun Bin, Seo Ji-hye, Lee Shin-young and others be in next?

Week after week since it premiered, Crash Landing on You has amassed fans from around the globe. The romantic comedy featuring an unlikely South Korean and North Korean pairing captured hearts worldwide and set trends. It even beat the local viewership rating record set by previous international hits from the same cable network, Goblin.

The Crash Landing on You craze is still in full swing, and if you're one of its fans, you might be wondering what drama you can move onto next. Check out the dramas that some of the Crash cast will be starring in next.

Hyun Bin, who played the dashing Captain Ri Jeong Hyeok, was recently confirmed as the lead in a new film entitled Bargaining. One of Hyun's co-stars will be another veteran actor, Hwang Jung-min (from Veteran, A Violent Prosecutor, and The Battleship Island among other high-grossing films). The movie will be filmed abroad and will revolve around a kidnapping and rescue attempt in the Middle East.

Seo Ji-hye, who played Seo Dan, will star in Shall We Have Dinner Together with Song Seung-heon. In it, their characters are mistaken as a couple while waiting in line at a restaurant. They end up eating together and meet for dinner every week after that first encounter. The drama is slated to start airing in May 2020.

Lee Shin-young played Park Kwang-beom, a member of the North Korean army unit led by Captain Ri. From being a staff sergeant, Lee will star in Contract Friendship where he plays an ordinary (South Korean) high school student who lends his tuition fees to a friend. The webcomic adaptation is set to be released in the first half of 2020.

Kim Young-min, who was known as the cowardly “rat” named Jeong Man-bok in Crash Landing On You, will join the cast of Couple's World. Airing in March 2020, it's about a successful female doctor who gets betrayed by her husband and other people.
