Boasting baked crab shell with black truffle, prime-cut barbecued Iberico pork pluma and deep-fried Gillardeau oysters among its signature dishes, the City of Dreams venue also highlights a series of seasonal double-boiled soups, celebrating Guangdong’s tradition of nourishing broths. Overlooking the magnetic vibe of Cotai, Jade Dragon has 11 VIP rooms for parties of six to 48 diners, suitable for a range of domestic or business events.
