On the harbourfront with a large terrace, this is the perfect setting for enjoying cocktails while watching the sun set. Start with an Alaska sour of white rum, sage, coconut, Chartreuse yellow and lime before settling into a delicious feast.

For mains, the sea bass is good; as for the grills, the wet-aged US sirloin from Snake River Farms is a cross between Wagyu and Black Angus, while the T-bone or tomahawk are good and come with a selection of sauces. To end, try the apple tarte Tatin with crème fraîche or French and English cheeses.
