Caprice: The three Michelin stars say it all – dining at its absolute finest at the Four Seasons Hong Kong
- Chef de cuisine Guillaume Gallot adds a contemporary flourish to classic French food such as hot and cold onion soup
With three Michelin stars, Caprice has the enviable combination of spectacular harbour views, outstanding dishes and good service. The interior features crystal chandeliers, leather armchairs, art deco paintings and an open kitchen.
Chef de cuisine Guillaume Gallot puts a contemporary twist on traditional French fare such as hot and cold onion soup, Brittany blue lobster roasted in butter with paimpol beans, raspberry and olive sauce, and roasted duck breast from Burgaud paired with a glass of Chateau d’Yquem.
Equally exciting are his desserts, like banana chocolate mille feuille with cocoa sorbet. The restaurant is known for its artisanal cheese selection and wine list.
