Roganic Hong Kong by restaurateur and chef Simon Rogan opened in early 2019 and serves his unique style of British fare with top local ingredients. Rogan is known for his two-Michelin-starred restaurant L’Enclume in Cartmel in the Lake District, which won Best Restaurant in Britain for four consecutive years. The Hong Kong eatery has earned one Michelin star.

Roganic has a cocktail bar and a dessert bar. Tasting menus are available for lunch and dinner, with dishes such as New Territories pork with tapioca and shrimp, soda bread with cultured brown butter, and dessert of caramelised yogurt with fig leaf cornet. Besides wine, there’s juice and tea pairing options.
