Hugo’s: Classic Continental cuisine dished up in a traditional environment

With decades of history, Hugo’s is a popular fine dining establishment with its classic Continental dishes in a traditional setting. The interior replicates that of its original Nathan Road venue, with leather seats, white tablecloths, dark wooden beams, wrought iron chandeliers and antique swords mounted on walls.
Hugo’s is famous for tableside service for dishes like Caesar salad, lobster bisque, crêpes Suzette and cherries jubilee. Roasted prime rib of beef is presented on a Christofle carving wagon.
The staff are well versed in recommending from the menu or wine list for pairing. Besides à la carte, there is a five-course classic set menu.
