Chef Angelo Wong, previously at Howard’s Gourmet, and chef Wilson Fam, previously with Jade Garden, create dishes daily after visiting the markets. They put new spins on traditional dishes such as honey-roasted Wagyu beef char siew and oven roasted lemongrass baby pigeon. There are tea sommeliers to pair your dishes with a choice of six teas – white, yellow, green, oolong, black and red, with new teas being sourced regularly. There is also an extensive wine and cocktail list.
