Grand design and gastronomy at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong’s Tosca di Angelo
Complementing the splendid interior of the restaurant is the dazzling menu, which offers delicious mains such as lamb shoulder with potato, provolone cheese and truffle sauce
Commanding an impressive bird’s-eye view from the 102nd floor of The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, the restaurant’s interior is equally stunning, with large chandeliers and two fountain sculptures.
Traditional tiramisu with coffee granite.
And if that isn’t enough distraction, diners can enjoy seeing chef Angelo Agliano and his team in the open kitchen as they work their magic on contemporary dishes such as sea cappuccino, Hokkaido scallops with Jerusalem artichokes with black truffle, guinea fowl tortellini and onion consomme with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. There are mains of lamb shoulder with potato, provolone cheese and truffle sauce. Dessert is not to be missed, the tiramisu especially. There is a good choice of wines.
