This restaurant at The Repulse Bay invites diners to step back into colonial Hong Kong. The property stands on the site of the famed Repulse Bay Hotel (1920-1982), and The Verandah offers diners a feel of that old charm, recalling fond memories of the original restaurant. Classic and contemporary cuisine uses the freshest ingredients.

Some traditional dishes – such as Caesar salad – are presented tableside. Popular classics include steak tartare and seafood mixed grill, while contemporary features French Basque Iberian pork chops and pan-seared Patagonian sea bass. Dessert favourites are baked Alaska and crêpes Suzette. There is a full bar and a good wine choice.
