With decades of history, Hugo’s remains a popular fine-dining establishment with classic continental dishes in a traditional setting. The interior was replicated from its original Nathan Road venue, with leather seats and white tablecloths, dark wooden beams, wrought-iron chandeliers and wall-mounted antique swords. Hugo’s is known for its tableside service for such dishes as Caesar salad, lobster bisque, steak tartare, cherries jubilee and crêpe Suzette.

Roasted US prime rib of beef is presented on a Christofle silver carving wagon. Staff are well-versed in making menu and wine pairing recommendations. There is also a four-course caviar set and a six- to eight-course classic set menu.
