This three-Michelin star restaurant is a nod to Federico Fellini’s titular movie. The entrance pays homage to Fellini and various movies, with pictures of famous film stars by the bar. The interior is contemporary with a mirrored ceiling, banquette seating and chandeliers. There is an ageing room and wine cellar, too.

Chef Umberto Bombana’s cooking style is distinctly Italian. On offer are a two-course lunch set, and in the evening à la carte or a degustation menu; dishes change according to the freshest produce available. Favourite dishes are home-made tagliatelle with roasted mushrooms, home-made cavatelli shellfish ragout and sea urchin – all divine.
