Atop V Point Tower in Causeway Bay, Alto has a modern interior by international designer Tom Dixon, which features gold lights, adding glamour to large windows that look out to the panoramic view.

Starters include Ahi tuna tartare with sesame, pineapple and young coconut, and grilled halloumi with pickled cauliflower, tomato and smoked almond romesco.

For mains, try the USDA and Argentinian grass-fed beef, or the Butcher’s Board featuring A4 Wagyu sirloin, USDA hanger steak, grass-fed beef and bone marrow. Also available are sous vide chicken, salmon, duck breast and seared scallops. Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail at the rooftop bar or order from the extensive wine list.
