This show became only the second Korean cable series to cross the 10 per cent ratings mark during its opening week, following season two of Hospital Playlist last year.
Song’s co-stars include a stony-faced Lee Sung-min (Shadow Detective) as a difficult-to-please corporate tycoon and Shin Hyun-been (who broke out in Hospital Playlist) as an idealistic prosecutor. But make no mistake about it, this show is built around Song and he plays two characters to prove it.
In Korean society, your social rank dictates your past, present and future, how you behave and how others treat you.
This is only too clear to Yoon Hyun-woo (Song), a long-time employee of the Soonyang Group who has risen to the post of head of the Future Asset Management Division by dint of his diligence, gumption and unshakeable loyalty.
