It may not feel like it – temperatures are still hovering above 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit) most days – but according to the 24 terms in the solar calendar, the “great heat” of the summer ended last week.

Here are five things to do in Hong Kong this weekend to mark the start of a new season.

1. No Limits Wellness Day

Join Project S gym founder Sarah Wersborg and Olympian swimmer Camille Cheng, who is studying to be a sports psychologist, on August 30 for a few hours of spinning, moving, replenishing and thinking.

Hop on a stage bike for a spinning class to get the session started, raise the heart rate and work up a sweat.

Follow that up with a 45-minute mobility class. Mobility is key to improving performance, enhancing your flexibility and range of motion to recover faster.

Then, take 30 minutes to replenish your energy with nutritional snacks and drinks while relaxing and connecting with others.
