The Chairman, the first Chinese cuisine restaurant in Hong Kong to crack the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, is to collaborate with fast-food chain Shake Shack on a limited edition burger and shake in July.

The restaurant in Central, renowned for its steamed flower crab dish, entered the World’s 50 Best list in 41st place, it was announced this week in a ceremony at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. It is the only Hong Kong restaurant to make the list.

“We could not be more excited to craft you the Cantonese-inspired The Chairman Shack and The Chairman Shake at the ifc Shack [in IFC Mall in Central],” the fast-food chain said on Thursday.
