Celebrity children, known as #nepobabies on TikTok, have been a constant presence at fashion weeks for some time.

Gracing the front rows or walking on runways has become a kind of stepping stone for those who want to follow in the footsteps of their famous parents.

At the spring/summer 2023 shows in New York, London, Milan and Paris, it felt like you could not go to a show without seeing one.

The usual suspects made the rounds: Paris Jackson, daughter of the late Michael Jackson, was spotted at Stella McCartney and a bunch of other shows in Paris, and Lourdes Leon could be seen sitting front row next to her mother Madonna – firmly declining a photo request – at Tom Ford in New York.

Elsewhere, Maude Apatow and her sister, Iris, both daughters of director Judd Apatow and actress Leslie Mann, were at Loewe and Louis Vuitton in Paris; Iris Law, daughter of actor Jude Law, was seen at Dior; Eve Jobs, daughter of Apple founder Steve Jobs, was at Louis Vuitton – the list goes on.
