Clockenflap

It’s that time of year again when the Clockenflap buzz starts picking up. Part of that is because The Libertines are headlining, but also because tickets to the November shows are already on sale.  As usual there’s a smattering of moderately popular acts (Damien Rice, Blackalicious) thrown together with a bunch of guys you’ve never heard of (Songhoy Blues, OWK). But that doesn’t really matter, as most of us go to Clockenflap just because it’s one of the few legit festivals in the city – good music is but a mere bonus.
